2. Exceptions: Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:If a duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.
3. Cancellation Policy: Clients may request to cancel services before work has begun. However, once a project has started, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.Subscription-based services (if applicable) can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for past payments.
